What kind of shipping box and/or courier service can I expect my products to arrive in?

Our products will arrive in Fed Ex or DHL boxes and service. It will vary depending on location and speed of delivery.

Are the watches made with actual wood grown and harvested from Hawaii?

Yes our watches are authentic and made from wood curated from the Big Island of Hawaii.

How much time do we have to adjust an order after it is already placed?

In order to adjust an order to add more products you have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to contact us via email at info@designsbyaina.com to add. We will respond to you within that time frame to ensure your order is exactly what you want before shipping.

How does your company support the environment?

The wood we use is from fallen trees. We do not poach trees. We are also proud of the tree planting work our wood team conducts regularly. As fallen trees are collected several more trees are planted on the Big island of Hawaii. our watch box is also made from recycled material.

How can I ensure the watch will fit around my wrist?

Each watch strap extends a standard 8 inch to wrap around the wrist. We also can extend the band if need be, please email info@designsbyaina.com to request an extension at a minimal cost. If you need to reduce the size of your band, most jewelry or watch shops near you can remove links also at a minimal cost.

What is the warranty on the watch?

Upon purchasing your watch, your 1 year warranty is activated. Even beyond the year of the warranty, we are more than happy to answer questions and provide guidance with the watch if you need assistance. Please email us at info@designsbyaina.com.
